This year, Boulder County Senior Law Day will again feature our popular Ask-A-Lawyer consultations! We will be hosting in-person free opportunities to consult with an attorney, one-on-one during Senior Law Day. 

Attendees can sign up for a free consultation with an attorney on a walk-in basis. Lawyers who specialize in a variety of older adult-related fields will be on hand to chat with you at no charge. We will have volunteer attorneys who specialize in Estate Planning, Family Law, Real Estate, Consumer Law, and more available. Attendees will check in with a volunteer to assist in placing them with the correct subject matter expert attorney. Attorneys will consult with attendees assigned to them based on their order of check-in. 

In addition, the Colorado Senior Law Handbook is a legal information and reference guide for aging adults and is a joint project of the Elder Law and Trust and Estate Sections of the Colorado Bar Association. The Colorado Senior Law Handbook is designed to provide aging adults, their families, and their caregivers with useful information on myriad subjects pertinent to their legal concerns. Much of the information in the Colorado Senior Law Handbook is based on current laws and practices in Colorado, as well as policies and programs of the federal government. The Colorado Senior Law Handbook is available for free at Senior Law Day. Anyone may stop by to pick one up.
